Meh. Positive: Nothing outstanding. Negative: Pull-out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable as a bed - almost unusable. Main bed wasn't very comfortable either. Could have included a few tea-bags and little cartons of long life milk - they're cheap. This was a very expensive stay because of the event in Melbourne. So overall, for the money I paid it was below average. Pictures that should have been on the wall were just balancing on the floor. No access to the balcony. Apart from the pull out sofa bed, there was nothing really bad but nothing great. Just very ordinary at best.

Full condo apartment with kitchen, living space, and bed/bath, plus shared gym upstairs. Positive: Great location and affordability.

A very comfortable and well equipped, centrally located Melbourne apartment. Positive: Great location and an excellent apartment with thoughtful touches by the owner, which makes for a very comfortable stay.

Positive: Its location is very convenient. Response is quick. Negative: The toilet always has running water sound.
